Purpose and Activities

1. To acquaint its members with the natural scenery of the country and to provide an opportunity for the enjoyment thereof;

2. To encourage the study of nature, and to disseminate the knowledge of the natural sciences;

3. To support and aid in the protection, conservation and preservation of the woods, wildlife, and the natural features of this country;

4. To promote friendship and good relation with other organizations and individuals who are sympathetic to the aforementioned purposes.

5. To own, hold, buy, sell, exchange, transfer and mortgage all kinds of property, real and personal,and to do all acts incidental or necessary to carry out the above-stated purposes.

6. To foster, perpetuate, and preserve the European (Austrian-German-Swiss) Alpine social activities, cultural heritage, and customs traditionally celebrated by members of this corporation.

7. To provide a social environment conductive to participation by families and individuals of all ages.

8. To foster and promote affordable membership in the corporation.
